02 May 2023 - The brackets and the steel post are bolted to the foundation to prevent uplift during high winds.
02 May 2023 - The last of the prefab fireplaces (Isokerns) have been installed.
02 May 2023 - The interior is cleaned after the bulk of the framing has been completed.
09 May 2023 - The garage interior is relatively empty since the windows and exterior doors have been installed.
09 May 2023 - The window screens are in the large boxes beside the window. The two white pipes are for drains (the larger one) and water supply lines for the upstairs apartment.
09 May 2023 - This is the house from the front of the garage. It's nearly ready for brick veneer.
09 May 2023 - The river side of the house has a dining area with a curved front wall.
09 May 2023 - The screened porch is framed and has its fireplace installed. Exterior trim will be next.
09 May 2023 - Interior framing is about done. The house has been cleaned and prepared for mechanical rough in work.
09 May 2023 - The river view from the upstairs porch is amazing. The curved roof of the dining area is at the bottom of the photo.
16 May 2023 - The stairwell off of the foyer is all framed and will be grand once completed.
16 May 2023 - One of the fireplace flues is routed through the attice to a chimney on the back-left side of the roof.
16 May 2023 - The areas under the porches is being leveled in preparation for exterior finish work.
