The undercounter light still needs to go under the new cabinet (left on the top). You can see the wire for the light.October 12 - The window from the stairway to the dining room has been removed. Sheet rock is on the dining room side. The stairwell will be finished today.October 12 - The access to under the house now has a cover. It can be easily removed for access.October 16 - The bath hardware (mirror, toilet paper holder and towel ring) have been installed.October 16 - Electrical boxes have been installed and wired for two more wall sconces.October 16 - The cypress paneling in the stairway has been replaced where the window was removed. It will be stained to match the existing cypress.October 16 - Floodlights are now installed at two corners of the house. They are on a dimmer. This corner is the kitchen. The other corner (not shown) is the master bedroom.October 18 - The walls have been painted with their final coat. The ceiling is really a green color even though it is not obvious in the photo. Painting should be complete today.October 22 - The window to the stairway is gone and the wall is painted.October 22 - The stairway wall boards that are where the window was have been stained and match nicely.October 22 - The bar now has granite tops on both counters. The original sink was retained. The wall will be touched up and the room repainted soon.October 27 - The bar now has granite counter tops. It will be painted soon.October 27 - The wood shed wall has been finished. This storage is for the fireplace.October 27 - The light rails are installed so the under counter lights are not visible.
