January 12 - Most of the house roof is now covered in Ice & Water shield membrane. Inside framing is being done today due to rain.
January 13 - The garage walls were framed today in spite of the constant light drizzle. We are waiting on floor trusses now in order to proceed.
January 14 - The firebox for the fireplace and the first few offset were installed today.

January 21 - The framers are working to cover the roof in anticipation of the rain Friday. This side got wet right after sheathing and had to dry first.

January 23 - On Thursday and Friday the roof got sheathed and covered before the rain started again. Work stopped at noon Friday due to rain.
January 26 - The exterior trim guys started today and finished the fascia on the house. We are now ready for the roof to start.
