June 1 - The garage auto doors are now installed. These were purchased prefinished so the painters don't have to paint them.
June 1 - The master bath cabinet is installed. The baseboard and toe kick still needs finishing.
June 1 - The knee space is installed in the laundry and the top cabinets are set in place, ready for install.
June 1 - The top cabinet over the sink is installed. It is also extra deep to match the extra deep base cabinet.
June 3 - This is the kitchenette in the garage apartment.
June 3 - Interior trim is finished in the garage. Little doors will be installed on the small attic accesses.
June 3 - The garage bath vanity is installed.
June 3 - The guest bath vanity in the house is now installed.
June 3 - This is the wet bar on the sun porch. It will have an ice maker and a small refrigerator.
June 3 - Here is the master bath vanity with the baseboard and toe kick complete.
June 3 - Here is one of the interior doors complete with lock set. Looks nice!
June 9 - The kitchen cabinets are finished now complete with soffit and can lights.
June 9 - The front of the house is getting its paint job now. Just under the porch needs finishing now.
June 12 - The stairs in the garage are in process. The skirts are now on.
June 12 - The second flight has skirts and risers.
June 24 - Here are some shelves by the sink in the garage.
June 26 - The front elevations are essentially finished. The house and garage look good together.
June 26 - The exterior of the house is finished now and we are ready for landscaping.
June 26 - The shutters really dress up this side of the house.
June 26 - The rear elevation looks good with the light fixture and shutters.
June 26 - The double doors to the sun porch are finished complete with hardware. The masking still needs removing.

June 26 - Shelf and rod brackets are installed in the master closet. The shelves are cut and will be clear-coated before installation.
June 26 - The front door has been stained to match the interior oak trim although it is actually mahogany.
June 26 - The stairs are all finished now. The handrail has been removed for paint touchup.
