March 2 - The front porch gable is nearly done now.
March 2 - The windows on the front are trimmed out. The false louvers are a nice look.
March 2 - The left side bump out is done except for shutters. The blank space will be covered with closed shutters.
March 4 - The siding on either side of the front windows is done and one column cap is done as an example.
March 4 - The drip rail around the garage is in place and ready for siding.

March 4 - The ducting for the garage fits nicely in the 20in high open web floor trusses.
March 4 - Duct work is complete in the house.
March 4 - The ducting takes up quite a bit of space in the attic.
March 4 - The electric panel and data center panel are mounted. There is a bit of wiring yet to be done.
March 9 - This is the front porch ceiling just before it's covered over.
March 9 - This is the front porch ceiling with the v-joint cypress installed.
March 9 - The roofers are finally able to start now that the rain has stopped. Here are some of the roof panels.
March 9 - The first section of roof is going on now.
March 11 - This side is complete except for the ridge cap.
March 11 - The trim and siding on the front of the garage is coming along nicely. The dormer is still left to do.

March 11 - The right side of the house is done. There will be shutters in the blank spaces.
March 11 - The front porch ceiling is done and the gable is being trimmed out.
March 13 - The roof is mostly finished on the back now.
March 13 - The end of the garage looks good with all of the siding and trim finished now.
March 18 - The back dormer on the garage is all trimmed out and ready for siding.
March 18 - The front dormer looks good all finished with siding.
March 18 - The right (and last) side of the house is being roofed.
March 18 - The front door is now installed. This is genuine Honduran mahogany.
March 19 - The front elevation is shaping up nicely.
March 19 - The garage siding and trim is nearly done. The roof will start soon.
March 20 - The front door trim is installed the siding finished. The hole up top is for a fixed glass window.
March 20 - The column caps were started today. They are tedious and slow but look great when done.
March 20 - The column bases were done today as well. They will get an extra piece of trim around the bottom.
March 25 - Icynene spray foam insulation is being installed.
March 26 - The house roof is finished now complete with ridge cap.
March 26 - The roof is coming along nicely on the garage.
March 26 - This exterior wall of the garage was spray foamed to seal the pipe in and keep them from sweating.
March 26 - The foam insulation is done in the garage. The rest of the walls will be insulated with fiberglass.
March 26 - The spray-foam insulation expands to fill every cavity completely.
March 26 - The interior finishing of the front porch ceiling is done and looks very good.
March 26 - The spray foam insulation is finished in the house. This is the ceiling of the great room.
March 26 - In the house, all of the walls are also spray foamed making for a tighter and more energy efficient home.
March 26 - We even spray foamed the back sun porch. This should keep the temperature in there moderate year around.
March 27 - The back side roof of the garage is well on its way.
March 27 - Fiberglass batt insulation is being used in the walls of the garage.
March 27 - The ceiling between the first and second floors is also fiberglass batts.
