13 Indigo Trail N Residence: April 2015
April 2 - Dirt is being spread and back filled around the house.
April 2 - The front yard is all cleaned up now and the siding guys are putting the finishing touches on the porch columns.
April 2 - The yard is clear now and ready for the driveway to be laid out.
April 2 - The exterior is finished and ready for paint. The brick rowlocks are stacked on the porch awaiting installation.
April 3 - Blocking is installed in the bath walls for towel bars.
April 3 - This block is installed next to the toilet for the toilet paper holder.
April 6 - Drywall installation is in progress. This is the kitchen/dining room.
April 6 - Drywall is installed in the master bedroom now.
April 7 - The guest bath room is completely covered with moisture rated drywall.

April 8 - Drywall is installed in the garage apartment.
April 8 - The garage apartment bath is covered in moisture rated drywall.
April 8 - The first coat of mud and tape is being applied.
April 8 - In the sun porch we installed moisture rated drywall around the bottom in case someone leaves a window open and rain comes in.
April 10 - The second coat of mud has been applied. Almost ready to sand.
April 10 - The guest bedroom drywall is looking good.
April 10 - The master bedroom drywall is nearly done.
April 14 - The garage auto bay is all mudded out now.
April 14 - Upstairs in the garage is freshly mudded.
April 14 - The house is really taking shape on the inside with the drywall finished.
April 14 - The drywall is now sanded and ready for paint.
April 14 - Because most of the trim is prefinished stained oak we will be painting the walls and ceiling completely before installing the trim.
April 28 - Forming for the concrete driveway has begun. This will have brick borders around the inner and outer edges.
April 28 - The circular area in the middle will have a specimen tree and planting around it.
April 28 - There is room enough for two cars to park in front of the garage and other cars to still navigate the driveway.
April 28 - A slab is to be poured in this corner for the generator to set on and as a kennel for a dog.
April 28 - The patio in the back is taking shape. More forms will be added to allow for the brick borders.
April 28 - Interior trim started today in the sun room. We should finish it in the next day or two
April 28 - The walls are primed and ready for paint. The doors have been primed and coated with one top coat. One more top coat and they are ready to hang.
April 28 - The walls and windows are primed in the bedroom. The Windows and ceiling have been painted with one coat so far.
April 29 - Interior trim is coming along in the sun room.
April 29 - Walls are now being painted.
April 29 - Because we are using pre-stained oak trim the walls get painted first & then the trim installed. The painters don't have to mask or cut in the trim that way.
April 30 - Forming has begun for the driveway in front of the house.
April 30 - The driveway will be a circle with brick banding throughout.
