October 3 - The garage roofing is about 90% complete. It should be finished today, weather permitting. Once it is completed, the covered walkway will be roofed.
October 4 - The garage roofing is installed.
October 9 - The covered walkway roof steel was started yesterday. The valley (on the right end) will be trimmed.
October 10 - The final roof panel was put in place on Wednesday. The walkway roof terminates over the guest house porch gutter as specified. The valley pan shows on the corner where the two roofs join.
October 25 - The concrete board (Hardie board) is being installed on the exterior of the garage. The trim carpenters are now focusing on the garage.
