06 December 2022 - Framing on the garage and upstairs apartment are well underway.
06 December 2022 - This is the view from beside the main house. The darker plywood is standing vertical so it ties the second floor to the first floor. Steel rods will also maintain integrity.
06 December 2022 - A good bit of the first floor of the main house has been framed. Diagonal bracing keeps the walls plumb and square.
06 December 2022 - The breakfast area has not been floored or framed yet.
12 December 2022 - Framing is continuing. More sheathing is being installed.
12 December 2022 - A welder is on site working on the steel structure.

12 December 2022 - He is using a sizable, portable welder for his work.
20 December 2022 - Framing has begun on the second story walls. Much of the second floor sub floor is down.
20 December 2022 - Garage framing is proceeding. The roof is covered with underlayment making it watertight.
20 December 2022 - The front wall upstairs is in place and braced. The rim board is on the porch.
20 December 2022 - It appears dark on the first floor because the second floor blocks the light.
20 December 2022 - The back left porch has floor joists installed.
20 December 2022 - Brays Island put down some gravel in one of the drive soft spots.
