02 May 2023 - The plumber is beginning the sewer lines beneath the slab.
02 May 2023 - The pipe layout is painted on the ground. Trenches will be dug to bury the pipe. Once it is inspected, the pipes will be covered.
09 May 2023 - The under slab drain pipes have been installed and inspected. The dirt will be leveled next, then compacted and sprayed for termites.
16 May 2023 - The garage slab is prepared for pouring. Steel rebar is in place and plastic is covering the ground.
16 May 2023 - The main house is also ready for concrete. Seams in the plastic are taped (with red tape) to block moisture from the ground.
16 May 2023 - The recessed areas are where extra concrete (and steel) are needed for reinforcement.
16 May 2023 - It will take a number of trucks to pour this much concrete.
