01 November 2022 - Flagstones have been delivered to the job site.
01 November 2022 - The kitchen island, appliance and electrical items are marked on the kitchen floor.
01 November 2022 - IPE is being fastened to the joists on the porch.
01 November 2022 - Hog fence has been installed and painted on the rear of the home. This keeps burrowing animals from getting under the home.
01 November 2022 - Much of the rear of the house has been painted.
01 November 2022 - Carpenters are installing the skirt board on the front of the house.
01 November 2022 - Scaffolding is set up for workers on the front porch.
01 November 2022 - The guest house is about finished except for landscaping.
01 November 2022 - Painters are caulking the exposed rafters in preparation for painting.
08 November 2022 - The plumber is working on roughing in the stable. This is a bathroom off the large room with the large fireplace.
08 November 2022 - The HVAC techs are running ducts (silver) in the stable. You can also see the (white) drain lines, (red) hot water lines, (blue) cold water lines and (yellow) electrical wires in the attic.
08 November 2022 - Siding is being installed on the house.
08 November 2022 - Air conditioning components are staged in the main house.
08 November 2022 - More exterior trim is being installed on the rear of the main house.
14 November 2022 - The exposed rafters on the stable are primed, caulked and painted.
14 November 2022 - More interior trim material is on site.
14 November 2022 - The exterior siding and trim is going up around the windows of the main house.
23 November 2022 - Siding is on the front of the home.
23 November 2022 - Stone is being laid on the porch chimney.
23 November 2022 - The AC tech is putting ducts together.
23 November 2022 - The great room chimney has stone laid on one face.
23 November 2022 - The second face of the great room chimney is almost finished.
23 November 2022 - Electrical boxes are on site ready for installation.
23 November 2022 - The porch chimney is beautiful (even if the photo is blurry). The blue pipe is for electrical connections for a television.
29 November 2022 - The stable exterior walls are being framed with openings to reuse windows.
29 November 2022 - Stone masons are working on the porch fireplace.
29 November 2022 - The siding and skirt is up in the rear of the home.
29 November 2022 - The pass thru fireplace is finished. It is amazing.
29 November 2022 - Carpenters are carrying some of the original windows to the stable for installation. They have been stored in the main house.
29 November 2022 - Electricians are roughing in the wiring. You can see romex in various places.
29 November 2022 - Electricians are working in the master end of the house.
29 November 2022 - The bedroom over the garage in the main house will be remodeled.
29 November 2022 - Some roofing trim has been placed on the edge of the roof (the drip rail).
