02 March 2023 -
"Conduits are being buried for the gas, water, and electrical lines.
07 March 2023 - The guest house exterior is now finished and ready for paint.
07 March 2023 - The exterior of the main house nearly complete. Chimney stucco is in progress.
07 March 2023 - The guest porch will be screened with access only through the bedrooms.
14 March 2023 - The back yard has been filled and graded and even a few plants are on site.
14 March 2023 - A half wall is has been built where the outdoor grilling area will be.
14 March 2023 - A reclaimed beam is on site to use as a mantle on the porch fireplace.
14 March 2023 - HVAC ducting is being installed in the guest house.
21 March 2023 - The guest house has been painted. The standing seam roof is being installed.
21 March 2023 - Painters are working on the main house.
21 March 2023 - The screen porch (and great room) chimneys have been stuccoed.
21 March 2023 - The HVAC rough in is complete. This is the great room.
21 March 2023 - The master shower plumbing rough-in is being adjusted.
21 March 2023 - The washer hook up box is plumbed. (red for hot water, blue for cold water and white for drain.)
21 March 2023 - An electrical sub panel is installed in the guest wing. The small box on top is just temporarily sitting there.
21 March 2023 - Painters are caulking joints to keep weather out. The white caulk is visible. This work is being done on the guest wing of the main house.
21 March 2023 - Roofers are working on the roof of the guest house.
