07 February 2023 - The job sign has been planted!
07 February 2023 - The supplier for roofing steel is on site. The roll the steel in the front of the trailer will pass through the rollers (red) and come out shaped for the standing seam roof.
07 February 2023 - Windows and doors are installed. Rough in plumbing is done. The red lines are hot water supply lines; blue, cold water supply lines. The white pipes are drains.
07 February 2023 - The HVAC tech is running ducting in the attic.
07 February 2023 - A small section of siding has been painted for ARB approval.
07 February 2023 - The shop has underlayment on the roof sheathing.
14 February 2023 - Exterior trim is being done. Carpenters are on the roof trimming the dormer windows.
14 February 2023 - The roofing steel has been rolled and is awaiting installation.
14 February 2023 - Lap siding is being installed on the shop. The roof steel is in the left foreground.
14 February 2023 - The shop door is being reframed for a larger door.
14 February 2023 - The HVAC tech has a wire ready for the thermostat.
14 February 2023 - The black circles on the floor of the great room are floor outlets. They will be trimmed to the height of the finished floor if necessary.
14 February 2023 - Both sides of the shop are being sided. Exterior trim on the shop should be finished very soon.
14 February 2023 - Windows in the master bedroom are being trimmed. Once the windows and doors are trimmed, siding will be installed.
