03 January 2023 - This is from the road. Framing of the main house and guest house are moving along well. The shop framing has not been started yet.
03 January 2023 - Windows and doors are on site.
03 January 2023 - The pool rim has been tiled. It will have a deck installed soon.
03 January 2023 - The screened porch off the dining room is being roofed.
03 January 2023 - The roof framing is a bit complex due to the shape of the roof.

10 January 2023 - The roof is covered with a weatherproof membrane.

10 January 2023 - Much of the screen porch roof is in place. This area of ceiling will be octagonal.

17 January 2023 - The framing is about to conclude. Exterior trim will begin soon.

17 January 2023 - The internal bracing has been removed since the sheathing is in place. This is the master bedroom. The two center doors open onto the master porch overlooking the pool.
17 January 2023 - The office is adjacent to the master bedroom. It has a nice view of the pool and the water.
17 January 2023 - The mason is laying firebrick inside the Isokern fire box. The flues are steel.
17 January 2023 - The kitchen (with the higher windows) is framed. It has a vaulted ceiling. The dining room is to the left with the flat ceiling. The exterior wall of the guest wing is visible through the kitchen windows.
24 January 2023 - The buildings now have house wrap. Framing is nearly finished.
24 January 2023 - The ceiling of the screen porch is rather complex.
24 January 2023 - The screen porch chimney also has wrap on it in preparation for stucco.
