06 December 2022 - The progress is obvious from the driveway. The guest house is on the right.
06 December 2022 - This is the front of the guest house
06 December 2022 - Framers are working on the final few rafters on the guest wing of the main house.
06 December 2022 - Other framers are working on the master suite end of the main house.
06 December 2022 -Workers are installing the in ground pool.
06 December 2022 - The bottom of the pool excavation is below the water line, so a pump is used to keep it dry. There is a layer or gravel down and steel rebar is being placed.
06 December 2022 - The right end of the house is where the master bedroom is located. It will have a screened porch. The wood forms on the right edge of the photo are for the pool.
06 December 2022 - This is the water side of the main house (on the right) and the guest wing of the main house (on the left).
06 December 2022 - This is the guest house. Each large opening will have a sliding door from the porch to bedrooms.
12 December 2022 - The guest house has sheathing on the roof and now is having a roof over the porch.
12 December 2022 - Inside the main house, there is considerable bracing to insure walls stay straight and plumb until the framing is finished.
12 December 2022 - The office has a low vaulted roof and ceiling. The master bedroom is the next room.
12 December 2022 - The pool will be under the plastic. Fill will bring the back yard up significantly. The porch on the left is off the master suite.
12 December 2022 - This is the master suite. The porch and pool (location) are visible. Notice the bracing.
12 December 2022 - This is the guest wing of the main house. The walkway will be covered.
12 December 2022 - From the drive, the progress is obvious. The master suite is on the left. The guest wing is on the right. (The guest house is out of sight on the right.). A covered walkway will connect the guest wing to the main house.
12 December 2022 - Trees are being planted by the landscaper (in the light blue shirt). The drive also has fresh gravel on it. A survey marker (with red tape) is visible in the lower right corner of the photo.
20 December 2022 - This is from the road. Both the main house and guest house are taking shape. Framing has not begun on the workshop yet.

20 December 2022 - The pool has been poured. This view is from the great room. Fill dirt is being spread around the pool.
20 December 2022 - Carpenters are framing the back roof of the main house.
