02 May 2023 - Drywall has been hung and is being finished. The purple dry wall is water resistant which is required where pipes penetrate the drywall.
02 May 2023 - This is the great room. The interior of the home is taking shape!
09 May 2023 - Sheetrock has been hung and finished. The final sanding is underway.
09 May 2023 - The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling. The doors in the background open to a porch overlooking the pool.
09 May 2023 - Electrical outlets are being wired for inclusion in the baseboards. The floor is dusty from sanding the drywall.
09 May 2023 - The guest house exterior is nearly complete. Carpenters are currently trimming out the inside.
09 May 2023 - The guest wing (to the right of the breezeway) exterior is being finished. Some landscaping has been installed.
09 May 2023 - Cabinets are being installed in the guest cottage. Interior trim is in progress.
09 May 2023 - The guest cottage shower is being prepped for tile. The floor tile will be laid on the orange Ditra decoupling membrane.
09 May 2023 - This window is all trimmed out inside the guest house.

07 May 2023 - The windows of the main house are covered while the exterior is painted.
07 May 2023 - The walkway to the guest house is formed. It will be tabby concrete with a brick border.
07 May 2023 - A walkway is formed from the breezeway to the circle drive. It will have a brick border like the other walkways.
07 May 2023 - The walk to the front door is wide. The front steps are being bricked.
07 May 2023 - The pool apron is formed for tabby concrete.
07 May 2023 - These steps are off the screened porch and patio and are round.
07 May 2023 - The master porch has steps down to the pool deck.
