The tub will be installed soon.April 1 - Here are the vanity faucets in the master bath. This bathroom is almost finished.April 1 - Here is the trim out for the tub in bath #2. The tub spout isn't on yet but it will be shortly.April 1 - Here is the vanity faucet for bath #2.April 1 - The vanity faucet in bath #3 was installed today. It is oil rubbed bronze in color. The missing drawer face will be installed soon.April 1 - This is the toilet for bath #3. The handle is the wrong color and will need to be changed out.April 7 - This is the kitchen island nearly completed. The riser on top will get another piece of trim at the top of each end pedestal.April 7 - This is a view of the backside of the island. The outlets will be in soon and it will look even better once door pulls are installed.April 7 - The viking range is all installed and working now. This is a dual oven, 6 burner with a griddle. The sealed burners will make it easy to clean.April 7 - Here is the master bath tub all installed with its faucet.April 7 - Here is the newly built shelves in the studio. There will be adjustable shelves on the left and a hanging rod on the right.April 7 - This is a view into the powder room with the fixtures installed.April 7 - Here is a close up of the powder room vanity. The top is stone tiles and the sink bowl is hammered copper.April 7 - The light fixture is now mounted above the bath 2 vanity. This bath is nearly complete.April 14 - This is what the finished paint and door hardware look like in bath 2. The door on the right is a pocket door.April 14 - Here is a view of the door to bath 2 from the bedroom side.April 14 - The two pocket doors in bedroom 3 have their hardware on now. The door on the left is the bathroom and on the right is the closet.April 14 - All of the floors are uncovered and paint finished as well as hardware installed. All of the elements of this room tie together very nicely.April 15 - The guest bedroom 2 floor has one top coat on it now. It gets the next top coat tomorrow and will then be finished.April 15 - Guest bedroom 3 also has its first topcoat on. This is a thinned paint that allows some of the grain of the wood to show through.April 15 - The rains have finally stopped and site grading began today. This area in the front is where the courtyard is going to be.April 15 - The final touches will be put on the grading tomorrow and then the courtyard will start.April 15 - The grading will allow the water to naturally drain away from and around the house to the right side.April 15 - We created a slight swale on the right side here to make sure the water goes out and around the house.
