April 1 - Here is the tub skirt in the master bath. It is painted an alternate trim color as an accent. The tub will be installed soon.
April 1 - Here are the vanity faucets in the master bath. This bathroom is almost finished.

April 1 - The vanity faucet in bath #3 was installed today. It is oil rubbed bronze in color. The missing drawer face will be installed soon.

April 7 - This is the kitchen island nearly completed. The riser on top will get another piece of trim at the top of each end pedestal.

April 7 - The viking range is all installed and working now. This is a dual oven, 6 burner with a griddle. The sealed burners will make it easy to clean.

April 15 - The guest bedroom 2 floor has one top coat on it now. It gets the next top coat tomorrow and will then be finished.
April 15 - Guest bedroom 3 also has its first topcoat on. This is a thinned paint that allows some of the grain of the wood to show through.
April 15 - The rains have finally stopped and site grading began today. This area in the front is where the courtyard is going to be.
April 15 - The final touches will be put on the grading tomorrow and then the courtyard will start.
