03 January 2023 - Steel roofing is being installed.
03 January 2023 - The reclaimed wood flooring installation is well underway.
03 January 2023 - Beams on the porch are being trimmed.

03 January 2023 - The chimney in the stable is being built and bricked.
03 January 2023 - The stable has a nice porch area to access different rooms.
10 January 2023 - The roofing installation is going well and looking good.
10 January 2023 - Insulation work has begun. Sound insulation is installed around the baths and bedrooms.
10 January 2023 - The ceiling and floor have spray in foam insulation.
10 January 2023 - The chimney on the Rec room is finished.
10 January 2023 - More steel roofing is visible on the rear of the house. The spray foam tech is visible coming out from under the house.
17 January 2023 - Gypsum (sheet rock) has been delivered. It will be hung and finished soon.
17 January 2023 - AV wires have been run to the fireplaces.
17 January 2023 - Insulation (spray in foam in the roof and floor and fiberglass in the walls) has been completed.
17 January 2023 - Ducting for the range hood is in place.
17 January 2023 - The rough in plumbing is done for the sink and refrigerator in the rec room of the “stables".
17 January 2023 - The floor has been cut to run plumbing drains below the floor in the bunk room in the stables.
24 January 2023 - Sheet rock is hung and being finished.
24 January 2023 - The master bath has moisture resistant sheet rock. It is purple or green for easy identification. The red on the left is insulation where the shower tile will be laid.
24 January 2023 - The kitchen reclaimed flooring is now down.
24 January 2023 - The brick ramp at the “stable” has been removed.
24 January 2023 - Some of the exterior doors under overhangs are hung.
31 January 2023 - Exterior siding is being installed on the main house.
31 January 2023 - Material is on hand for interior trim work.
31 January 2023 - Sheetrock has been finished and ready for paint. This is the master bath.
31 January 2023 - The master bedroom has a nice view. Sheetrock is ready for primer.
31 January 2023 - Exterior trim has been installed on the “stable.”
31 January 2023 - More roofing is in place The exterior is getting finished. Today was a very humid, light rain day.
