07 February 2023 - The electrical trim out is under way. Outlets are being installed in the baseboard.
07 February 2023 - The beams in the kitchen stand out nicely with the light colored ceiling.
07 February 2023 - The foundation of the back porch has scratch on it in preparation for stucco.
07 February 2023 - Some columns and foundation sections have stucco.
07 February 2023 - The water side (back) of the house is off the ground a good bit. The hog fencing is in place and painted. Stucco has been applied to the columns.
14 February 2023 - The front porch is being prepped for pouring.
14 February 2023 - The walkway between the house and garage is also ready to be poured.
14 February 2023 - The master bedroom paint is about complete.
14 February 2023 - The porch off the master closet is also prepped for concrete.
14 February 2023 - The master and back porches are also formed.
14 February 2023 - The final coat of exterior paint is being sprayed on the garage/apartment.
20 February 2023 - Concrete for the front porch has been poured. The ledge is for a brick border.
20 February 2023 - The walkway between the garage and main house has also been poured and has provision for a brick ledge.
20 February 2023 - The master closet porch has likewise been poured.
20 February 2023 - A farm sink has been installed.
20 February 2023 - Kitchen cabinets are being installed.
20 February 2023 - The great room fireplace has been trimmed and painted.
20 February 2023 - The master bedroom has been painted.
20 February 2023 - Brick is being laid on the back porch. It has not been grouted yet.
20 February 2023 - The guest house has exterior siding and trim.
20 February 2023 - The guest wing of the main house also has been sided and trimmed.
20 February 2023 - The shop door has been reframed. The shop siding and exterior trim are finished.
20 February 2023 - The front of the house is being sided and trimmed.
20 February 2023 - The guest wing of the main house has a mahogany door. The exterior doors are hung.
20 February 2023 - A carpenter is trimming the porch beam on the Master Bedroom porch.
20 February 2023 - The master bedroom wall has been sided and trimmed.
20 February 2023 - This is the guest house from the connecting walk between the main house and the guest wing.
