03 January 2023 - The great room trim and flooring is finished.
03 January 2023 - Kitchen counters and flooring are installed.
03 January 2023 - Cabinets are in the pantry.
03 January 2023 - Cabinet installation is complete. Counter top templating, fabrication and installation will happen soon.
03 January 2023 - The trim in the master bedroom is very detailed and nice.
03 January 2023 - Tile in the master shower is complete.
03 January 2023 - The master bath cabinets are installed.
03 January 2023 - The master closet construction is finished and awaiting paint and island top.
03 January 2023 - Stairs in the garage are trimmed and ready for painters.
10 January 2023 - The painters are onsite doing prep work. Most of the paint will be sprayed, so careful masking is required.
10 January 2023 - The kitchen cabinets are masked in preparation for paint.
10 January 2023 - Even the high windows have to be carefully masked.
17 January 2023 - The painters are continuing their prep work by masking everything that does not get painted (beams, cabinets, glass on windows, mahogany doors, etc.)
17 January 2023 - Masking upper windows required ladders and scaffolding.
17 January 2023 - Shelves are standing ready for spraying.
17 January 2023 - Doors have been removed and are prepped for paint.
17 January 2023 - Caulking has also been done.
17 January 2023 - Templating is in place for counter tops.
24 January 2023 - Painters are hard at work priming the walls and ceilings.
24 January 2023 - The tall ceilings require scaffolding or other techniques for the painters to do their job.
24 January 2023 - There are four painter vehicles on site.
30 January 2023 - The exterior wood doors are in the process of being stained and varnished.
30 January 2023 - The "hog board" underpinning is installed around the guest wing.
30 January 2023 - The underpinning in the back is quite a bit higher. The open space on the left will be the access door.
31 January 2023 - The exterior is being painted while painters are working on the interior.
31 January 2023 - The windows are masked and the siding is receiving its final coat of paint.
31 January 2023 - The master bath is being prepped for paint now that the cabinets are finished.
