March 1 - Stucco is finished as is most of the hog fence. This is a view of the back porch.
March 1 - This is the instant gas water heater. It provides unlimited hot water. The dryer vent will be terminated on the hog fence below.
March 5 - The dormer gets the first coat of trim paint.

March 7 - Some of the trim has its first coat of paint. The hog fence will also be painted this same green.
March 7 - There is a nice view in any direction from the back porch. You can see the back stair landing at lower center of the photo.

March 20 - The standing seam roof is being installed.
March 20 - The front steps are installed. The concrete pad will be poured soon.
March 20 - The house is taking shape. Much of the trim is painted as is most of the siding. The roofing should be completed this week.
March 20 - Steel roofing is now on much of the house. It should be finished this week.

March 20 - A view of the rear of the house shows the back steps and rear porch. The steel roofing is visible on the two ends of the house as well as the shed dormer.
March 22 - Most of the back of the roof has roofing. The roof should be complete in a day or two. Concrete for the stoops and service yard should be poured today.
March 22 - The steel on the back roof is easily visible across the lake. Only a little trim remains. The stoops were also poured today.
March 23 - The rear steps now have a pad at the foot. In the next week or so, the pad will get bricks laid on it as will the other three sets of steps.
March 23 - The service yard has a concrete pad. This will hold the air conditioning condensing units. It will have hog fencing (like on the house) between the posts.
March 23 - The front steps are complete. The steps and railing will be painted green to match the house in the next few days.
March 30 - The service yard wall is going up. The entrance door will be at the back.
March 30 - The screen doors have been installed. Screen will be installed on the back porch and screen doors after they are painted.
March 30 - Here is the front porch. Part of the ceiling is primed. The porch has steps on each end and in the middle.
