December 1 - The Keller lot overlooks the marshes of Haulover Creek in South Carolina Lowcountry.
December 5 - Clearing begins. Brush and pine trees are removed leaving oaks and a palmetto.
December 5 - Special care is taken to insure no oak trees are damaged as clearing begins.
December 5 - Pine logs are salvaged.
December 6 - The Keller lot has a new entrance driveway.
December 6 - The brush is gone so construction can begin.
December 21 - The cleared area has been cleaned up and graded. Fencing started yesterday and should be complete by the end of today, weather permitting.
