February 5 - The ground under the house is smoothed out. The center piers will support a steel beam.

February 5 - Looking west towards the garage. You can see the plumbing pipes (white) and electrical conduit (grey) in place.

February 5 - Plumbing and electrical prep work before slab is poured under the house. The garage is in the distance.

February 9 - The chimney foundations are filled and the bond beam is poured. Anchor bolts were placed in the bond beam to secure the house to the foundation.

February 9 - The garage is ready for pouring the slab. Water pipes and electrical conduit are stubbed off where the slab will be. Fill dirt has been compacted.

February 14 - The flue liner on the south chimney is being built. It will be built about 17 feet high for now. When the first floor framing is complete, the rest of the flue liner will be assembled.

February 14 - The south flue liner is completed for now. It is about 17 feet high. Notice the brick ledge near the top. Brick will built from the ledge up on three sides. The fourth side will have a brick ledge up higher.

February 14 - The sill plates have been installed. Both flue liners are up about 17 feet. Notice the 'crooked' chimney on the left (north) end. It has to turn so it can move outside the house.

February 15 - The flue of this chimney has to turn so it will be outside the house. The fireplace firebox (the farside of the photo) is on the porch.

February 15 - The garage slab has been poured and is being finished. The house is to the right of the garage.

February 15 - Bricks are being laid around the foundation curtain wall. The fireplace is visible in the background.

February 15 - The rear foundation curtain wall of the house has been tooled in a grapevine design. A vent is visible.

February 20 - The floor trusses are in place and the rim joists have been installed. Tie down straps will be added before inspection.

February 22 - A view from what will be the master bedroom towards the front wall. The Isokern fireplace is barely visible on the right side of the photo.

February 22 - This house has a two story room serving as a dining and living room combination. The owners have named it the 'Brays' room. This shows the east wall of the Brays room.

February 23 - Interior walls are going up. You can see the high Brays room wall to the left. The master suite is in the distance on the right.

February 23 - This is a view of the Brays room from the kitchen. It is about 20 feet wide and 20 feet high.

February 27 - This a view of the west wall of the Bray's room. Most of the first floor interior walls are in place.

February 28 - Red (it actually looks darker than the photo) fire brick is laid in the Brays room fireplace.

February 28 - This is the chimney on the patio. Part of the firebrick has been laid. The bottom of the firebox was raised to elevate the hearth.

February 28 - The public patio has a beam placed around the top. Temporary posts hold it until the block wall is finished.
