04 October 2022 - Trim materials are staged in the garage.
04 October 2022 - The wood work is precisely done. No trim is needed on this corner.
04 October 2022 - Carpenters are fastening wood to the wall above the beam.
04 October 2022 - The gables are nicely trimmed.
04 October 2022 - The window casing and sills are well done.
04 October 2022 - The view from the windows will be amazing once the protective plastic is removed and the windows are cleaned. These windows still need trimmed.
11 October 2022 - The back porch trim is being completed.
11 October 2022 - This is the room that was being trimmed last week. It is finished now.
11 October 2022 - The house has a lot of wood walls and ceilings.
18 October 2022 - The walkway between the garage and house will be brick. Here a short section joining the service yard has been laid.
18 October 2022 - Masons are working on the back porch. Willis (blue plaid shirt) is going over details with the masons.
18 October 2022 - The door to the back porch has mahogany trim.

18 October 2022 - The fireplace in the great room has a brick surround.
25 October 2022 - The porch fireplace is bricked. The tan brick inside the firebox is firebrick that will stand high heat.
25 October 2022 - Inside, the fireplace surround and hearth is bricked.
25 October 2022 - The porch skirt boards are in place. This deck is covered with IPE.
25 October 2022 - The porch siding and trim is underway.
25 October 2022 - The apartment over the garage is sheet rock. The interior trim is in place. Priming will be next.
25 October 2022 - This is one of the bedrooms in the garage apartment. Windows are trimmed. Walls and trim will be primed soon.
