07 September 2022 - The back porch ceiling is being finished.
07 September 2022 - More flooring is in the house acclimating. There are also some cedar shakes.
07 September 2022 - The owner’s porch has a nice wood ceiling.
07 September 2022 - The spray foam insulation covers the HVAC ducts. You can also see it between the floor joists.
07 September 2022 - The openings between the foundation piers will be trimmed with “hog fence.”
07 September 2022 - This is the rear porch. The temporary HVAC unit is visible on the right side of the photo.
20 September 2022 - Interior trim work is underway. The sub has a number of workers on site.
20 September 2022 - Wood walls and ceilings are going up. These boards are primed and will be painted.
20 September 2022 - The ceiling here is finished. Walls will be done soon.
20 September 2022 - The hallway has wood installed. The window casing (on the right) will be installed later.
20 September 2022 - A lot of trim material is on site.
28 September 2022 - A number of interior trim workers are on site today.
28 September 2022 - Some of the vaulted ceilings are wood.
28 September 2022 - The cased openings are being trimmed.
28 September 2022 - Wood walls are being completed. The trim on the door on the left has not been done yet. The window trim on the right has been done.
28 September 2022 - The gable window is being trimmed. The walls and ceiling have been covered with wood.
28 September 2022 - The front entrance is being trimmed. The cased opening on the left has not been completed obviously.
