June 4 - The mud room floor has been grouted.

June 4 - The porch fireplace surround is nearly complete. The masons are working on the raised hearth in front of this fireplace today.
June 4 - The patio has been framed. It is scheduled to be poured today. The finish will be tabby with a brick border.
June 4 - The house is being trimmed and sided. Once the siding is in place above the roof, the painters will paint it. When they are finished, we will install the roof. That way, painters will not have to be on the finished roof.
June 6 - The front porch steps are being built. They have not been grouted yet. The treads are not on the steps yet.
June 6 - The porch fireplace hearth is being laid. Bricks will be laid like they are on the right side. They will be staggered. The Bricks were temporarily placed to make sure they would fit. The brick on the left was another layout, but did not match the print.
June 6 - The house siding above the roof is getting completed. Once it is finished, painters will paint it before the standing seam roof is built.
June 6 - The interior trim in the auto bay and workshop rooms of the garage is complete and waiting for the painter. As soon as the painting is complete, the auto bay doors will be installed.
June 7 - The front porch and steps are finished. The right side of the porch will be stuccoed.

June 12 - The electricians are pulling wire as they continue their rough in.
June 12 - Most of the siding and trim above the roof is complete. The chimney should have stucco on it within a few days.
June 12 - The patio in the rear now has a brick border. The foundation (below the brick) will have a gray colored stucco. The colors are muted because the bricks and tabby is dirty.
