October 3 - The duct work is in process under the house. These ducts will be insulated with spray foam.
October 3 - The band board around the house is installed along with its cap and flashing.
October 3 - The exterior Sierra Pacific doors are nearly all installed. They are really nice looking doors!
October 3 - The service yard slab is formed up and ready to pour. We have multiple conduits for the equipment wiring.
October 3 - The breezeway floor is being formed for concrete. The edge will get a brick band later.
October 3 - This is the last door that was installed. It needs its flashing and then will be ready for siding.
October 4 - The first house wall has been trimmed and sided.
October 4 - This wall is nearly finished. This is the western end of the house and also the master bedroom end.
October 4 - Concrete has been poured inside of the house for the fireplace base.
October 4 - This is the knee wall for the kitchen island. Plumbing has been installed but it still needs wiring.

October 5 - Can lights have been installed in the study. They will be on different circuits to light the walls separately.

October 6 - Siding on the gable end of the garage is finished except for at the bottom. They will finish that after roof flashing is complete.

October 9 - The front door was delivered today and will be installed soon.

October 9 - Electrical is coming along nicely. You can see the multiple outlets scattered throughout the walls.
October 10 - The side wing of the garage now has its board and batten siding installed.

October 19 - This corner of the house was painted with the actual house colors. They aren't much different than the primer!
October 19 - An additional beam was added behind this beam and then bolted through to better support the beam above.
October 19 - Some framing was modified in the rear dormers so that the can lights could be placed in the exact center.
