September 1 - The high roof is nearly framed out and ready for plywood. The lower roofs have been sheathed.
September 1 - The front porch is framed and sheathed as well as the roof over the stairwell.
September 1 - The back-left side of the house has it's roof installed and is ready for waterproofing.
September 5 - Plywood sheathing is finished on the front roof.
September 5 - The wall sheathing on the front of the house is nearly complete.

September 5 - The porch floor framing is complete with the exception of some hardware.
September 5 - The back roof and second floor ceiling framing are coming along nicely.
September 9 - The front of the house is finished and ready for house wrap, windows and doors.
September 9 - The back porch and house roof are finished and waterproof. Just in time for hurricane Irma!
September 9 - This is inside of the back porch. Braces and scaffolding will be removed soon.
September 9 - The second floor ceiling is framed but still needs some strapping and hangers installed.

September 15 - The chimney chase is all framed now. It will eventually be stuccoed.
September 19 - Most of the windows were delivered today. Three were missing and are back ordered.
September 20 - House wrapping has begun as well as the flashing in the window sills.
September 20 - The windows will be installed next now that the house wrap is installed.
September 20 - The first few windows are installed. This is how they look from the inside.
September 22 - The windows that we have are installed now and the facia and soffit has started on the garage.
September 22 - All but one of the windows on the front are installed. One of the missing windows goes in the center dormer.
September 22 - The chimney supplies have arrived. We have to wait for concrete to be poured under it before installation.
September 22 - Plumbing fixtures have arrived and just in time for the plumbing rough-in to start.
September 22 - The framers installed plywood on this interior wall of the house to act as bracing against hurricanes.
September 22 - The drains are roughed-in for the powder bathroom.
September 22 - The laundry room plumbing is roughed in. This is where the washing machine will sit.
September 22 - A new closet has been added in the Foyer to serve as a coat closet.
September 25 - Good progress has been made on the soffit and facia for the front of the house.
September 25 - Some additional block work was added to the breezeway in preparation for the concrete floor.
September 27 - The major load of the exterior trim materials have been delivered.
September 27 - The trim guys have made it around to the back side with the facia and trim.
September 27 - The plumbing drain pipes under the house are looking good.
September 28 - Window trimming started today. All of the windows on the first floor on the front have been trimmed out.
September 28 - The bathtub upstairs is set in place and ready to plumb in.
September 28 - HVAC materials were delivered and the guys started the rough-in today.
